Double Fall Aeration & Double Overseeding

Double everything for double the fun! This service is for lawns that need heavy renovation with large bare spots, weedy/mossy patches, or damage from animals.

Mechanical aeration will be done in a cross-hatch pattern and seed will be applied at 8lbs per 1,000 square feet to give you the best chance to re-establish your lawn!

Our Certified Seed is a result of meticulous research for better yield and resistance to diseases and insects via endophytic cultivars. Certified also means Guaranteed Weed-Free to prevent unsuspected infestations from run-of-the-mill seed.

Pairing with a mechanical core aeration will disrupt your soil to promote more seed-to-soil contact and de-compact the soil for better root establishment.
